Hi there!

I’m Kelsey Wiedenhoefer, and I’m so excited to connect with you.

As a movement educator with over 15 years of experience, my approach to wellness is all about blending traditional movement practices with mindful innovation.

My journey into the world of movement started with a simple yet profound curiosity: How does movement impact not just our physical bodies, but also our mental and emotional well-being? This question has shaped everything I do.

Along the way, I’ve trained extensively, as a BASI-certified Pilates teacher, Master Barre Instructor, Fascia Stretch Specialist, and taken countless somatic, functional movement and breathwork courses. I co-founded a preeminent Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio in San Francisco in 2012, currently own and operate Move With Studio, and have collaborated with leading wellness brands including Lululemon, Vuori, Carbon 38, and Flexia Pilates. Most importantly, I have spent thousands of hours with clients from all walks of life, from those rehabbing from injury to elite professional athletes. These experiences continue to inform the way I teach: with both technical depth and intuitive presence.

Through KW WELL, I share a unique methodology that integrates empirical knowledge with intuitive wisdom. My teaching style focuses on the connection between intentional movement and personal growth. I believe that by moving with purpose, we can each discover our own path to embodied wellness.

This philosophy is also reflected in my role at Move With Studio, which has become a vibrant community where students of all backgrounds can explore and deepen their practice. I’m thrilled to invite you on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment through movement.
